Thanks for going over this info. I am a recently launched one-man band at this point working on that first deal. This helps me think forward and clearly about what it is I am working to build and how to lay that framework and plan ahead accordingly.

Phenomenal Podcast!
This is a go-to for me. Almost to the point where I would rather listen and learn with Chris Powers and his guests than watch television. I will continue to follow this Podcast and view it as taking an hour out of my day to better improve my knowledge of many complex industries.

Great minds discuss ideas...I am simply glad to have a seat at the table.
I have anticipated this time with Chris for a while, having canceled 2 times due to business fires. It was everything I expected and then some, like every time I listen to his casual conversations with incredible people from all walks of life and business. Chris Powers is a professional of the highest order. He had so many irons and n the fire, and yet, for 90 minutes I felt like I was the only person or thing he had any interest in. What a fun time to be with him in this capacity. If you haven’t listens to his podcast, don’t start with mine...I talk about furniture!!! But get started with anything that sounds interesting. Good stuff sir!

I'm an entrepreneur who owns 3 companies all focused in the healthcare space - commercial real estate brokerage, development, and practice sales. I've scaled from 1 to 20 employees over the last 7 years. I believe that being an entrepreneur really is a journey and that never ends. This podcast does a great job of capturing different stages of that journey - the early excitement, wins and struggles.

Not only the best CRE podcast...
As someone who is new to Commercial Real Estate, I have found this podcast to be so informative! Chris structures his interviews in a way that makes so much valuable information easily digestible. But the podcast goes beyond just CRE, it’s a must listen for anyone interested in Fort Worth, data/technology or entrepreneurship!

Great lessons regardless of industry
A lot of podcasts are over produced, inauthentic and mostly marketing spam — this is not one of them. I definitely recommend checking this out. You instantly feel like you part of the conversations because of the format and the natural dialogue. Great lessons regardless of industry. Well done!

Free Lunch!
There is no such thing as a free lunch but this podcast is an incredible way to get free mentorship from some very influential people across various sectors. A great way to learn mistakes successful entrepreneurs make when they are young and how to learn from both those and the problems that come with success. Chris does an awesome job of keeping each episode interesting while also tying in common themes that each entrepreneur tend to follow. Listen next week as it continues to get better!
